Most website who provide information on MMORPG’s virtual services will agree on one thing. They will all tell you that Real Money Trading is a wild and lawless market, that it is filled with poor business practices and it’s mostly ruled by thieves and scam artists. They will compare that secondary market to a jungle or the Wild Wild West era.

They will stress the fact that there’s no authority to complain to, or person to sue if you are being scammed. There is huge lack of information about the vendors, which force buyers to make blindfolded purchases and hope for the best. Why? Because you can’t complain to the game developers as they don’t recognize the virtual currency market and you can’t complain to the police that someone stole your “virtual” currency as they would only laugh at you and there is little proof.

The thing is that it isn’t a truly valuable information. We are all aware of that. The web is saturated with people reporting frauds and undelivered goods, as well as failed refund requests. Our job isn’t to stress that the web is dangerous. It’s to make it safer, trying our best to monitor everything and keep valuable complaints, reviews and so on. We shall act as a filter.

Most of the website reviewing the vendors will provide information. What you need is precise information. What about getting prices, comments and reviews about your game, server and faction? What bout getting a constantly updated review?

Let be honest, most front runners got into troubles at a time. Most had delivery issues, supplier issues, payment issues, affiliation issues. Some even turned into scam artists. It’s extremely hard to know who own who. Our website will update everything every week. That’s a crazy load of work and most people won’t even have enough time for it. We have faith in what we do and we think that together we can make it a better and safer marketplace.

This is not only true for first time buyer, anyone can’t get scammed. But together we will make sure that fraudulent websites won’t make money anymore. Fraud shall not be profitable.

Most of the vendors use promotional events. Is there any website that will track them for you? No, this is one of the numerous reasons why we are here. We are planning on making this site a reference. We will add many things on Youtube: walkthroughs (website analysis, livechat and so on). We will keep you informed via RSS feeds. We will translate the site (maybe with your help when the contribution system will be working fine) because we know how hard it is to find a valuable information when you don’t speak English.

We are constantly monitoring the web, We collect comments and feedbacks, investigate, test and review. We have searched every blog, forum, review website under the sun and we have collected all comments that were posted about our reviewed merchants. We are constantly looking for new comments, and we would be very happy to receive your feedbacks and know your experiences about a specific currency vendor.

We are not here to link you all those reviews and commentaries and let you waste your time reading every source on the web. We will do the hard work for you. We will make our own reviews, based on your feedbacks, web-monitoring and our own testings. We will be honest but we won’t use honesty as an outlet to laziness.

As such it’s in our very interest to only refer you to top quality sellers and write honest reviews not only for our own economic profit, but out of disgust that some of these companies can continue to operate.

The more money we will get via affiliation programs, the more promotions you will get and the better the website will be. We aren’t telling that we won’t take our part. The more people will come on our website the more work we will have to do. With the website becoming a full-time job, we will live out of it.

First, our aim is to select vendors who are well rated enough to appear trustworthy. We are not going to let you compare prices of very poorly rated companies. That’s a part of our job to make that selection for you. You don’t have any interest in seeing the prices of suspected scammers. Why? Because scammers can’t be taken seriously. But we will keep doing our job, review them and monitor them, for it is an ever evolving market. If you really want to try them, it’s up to you, but we won’t encourage you. That’s why we won’t show their prices in our comparison tool.You will still be able to see them in our list of vendors. We decided to make three categories: Trusted vendors, wait list and suspected scammers.

Second, we will keep it updated everyday. We will add new vendors, remove those who aren’t trustworthy enough. We will update the prices for real. No more out of date prices, vendors provided price feed and so on.

Third, we won’t select three or four sellers, we want to be honest and independent. We will keep a large choice of vendors to show you that we aren’t part of anyone’s corporation. We aren’t helping some websites more than others. We want to promote websites who are really interested in keeping their customer base.

We aren’t here to judge websites on racial criteria. We don’t care whether they are Chinese or Americans, we won’t try to lure you into thinking that we can figure out who the merchant really is. Do they have a real office here or do they know the area? We don’t care. If they are secretive we will tell you that they are. If they are being truly honest, you will know too. But we won’t waste our time acting like IRS agents. What matters is that you will find the website that suits you. If you want an American website (even a Canadian or a European websites) you will find it. But that isn’t our way to rate websites. We rate the overall quality of their service. If their customer support is great and their agents speak an excellent English, it will be rated the same way whether they are Malaysian, Chinese, German or American. Eventually we are going to give you everything you need to purchase gold even if you aren’t fluent. We will have a special Foreigner Friendly Award for websites who really do their best to support many languages and maybe even phone support in multiple languages in the future. We will also award an Ethical Award for really honest and ethical websites, because we know that everybody doesn’t buy the cheapest product, because some of you will prefer to spend more money on a website that supports their language or that is just paying its taxes in a “real” country and not a fiscal paradise.

There is also plenty of reporting about accounts being banned by game companies for bot usage during power leveling, lost goods deleted by game masters (Gms) and warnings for exploitation of the game economy. We will provide valuable information to avoid being scammed as well as PL reviews. We will make those sections even bigger soon.
