I bought Powerleveling on WOW from Guy4game a few months ago and they did a great job. They give you daily reports by mail and have a very helpful live support.

I ordered from them last year (12/09) They did a great job, they really send you reports daily and have an excellent customer support staff. They might seem a little expensive compared to most scammers but they deliver and don't get your account suspended!

I recommend those guys too.
