I have dealt with IGXE three times now. The most recent has been just as bad as all of the others. They claim they have the currency on the server I want, in the amount I want. I buy it. I log into the game, check with IGXE customer service and get told they don't have the inventory, can I come back later? I have been told this every day for the last 3 days. I am tired of it, so I ask for a refund. They reply asking me to give them more time. I say no, I want the refund. So far as of day 4 from the purchase: no currency on the game and refund of my money. Terrible, terrible way to do business.

IGXE consistantly seems to lie about the availability of their products before hand (yes, we have that...) and then fails to deliver afterwards (ooh, sorry. We just ran out. We'll delivery when we can.....). They don't answer their customer service phones and their online support people pretty much just ignore you, as does their e-mail support.
