Promotions - I haven't found any coupon code or loyalty program available ot MOGS.
Customer Support - MOGS have a one of the best customer service in the market. They provide the service from the US and all their representatives speak perfect english and are very professional.
There are some very nice reports on MOGS customer support service and each time I have talked to them I had the same experience.
Delivery - " Most orders are delivered within hours of being placed and we pride ourselves on our excellent delivery times. Orders can take up to 48 hours to complete, but this is not the norm. I got my Rupees 6 hour after the order. The delivery was accomplished via face to face trade, but as they state in their conditions, you can contact them and arrange other transaction methods.

I have received my Rupees 5 hours after i place the trial order. The delivery time is very good, though it's not the 90 minutes they promise.
Overall - IGXE can be considered one of the biggest currency vendor for Lineage2. There are some bad reviews about them, but in my experience I never had a trouble buying Rappelz Rupees here.

Swagvault was founded in 2004 by ShenHua Innovative Technologies. They have grown enough to have about 200.000 customers in the United States. They claim to have an office in Washington, but all their deparments are actually located in Beijing.
Promotions -There have a very well explained Loyalty Program, your membership will upgrade any time you place a new order and it'll grant up to 10% discounts.
Customer Support - We have talked to to them and they were helpful and polite. Their English was good enough and their answer time was fast. There are people reporting their customer support not online 24/7, but all the times I tried to contact them their support were actually available. They claimed they would deliver in a certain time and I could verify that they actually did every time.
There are still serveral bad reports about their customer support. I guess I had a nice experience because my orders went smooth, but maybe the chinese support might get tricky whenever problems appear.
Delivery -They promise to deliver the Rupees instantly. I have made an order and they delivered fast enough: I got them about 5 hours after I placed the order and this is nice.
Overall - Swagvault is one of the biggest and oldest currency seller on the market. In my experience their support was fine, the deliveries were fast, and the Rappelz Rupees prices were the lowest.
One of the minus is that they are a China based company, and this may cause some disfunction sometimes, expecially when something goes wrong with your order, as many people have reported.
But in the end they are trustworthy, and I will definitively buy again from them in the future.

Gamegoody is a Canadian based business. We have contacted the customer support via live chat, and they confirmed it. They also clarified that their suppliers are still from China.
Promotions - They have a loyalty plan system. You earn some coupons at every purchase. Every single coupon can be turned into a 3% discount on your next order. This means that two coupons will grant 6% discount and so on.
Customer Support - We have talked to to them twice and both times they were helpful and polite. They also speak good English and this is due to their customer relation department being located in Canada.
Their answer time was fast enough, and we never had to wait more than 2 minutes to get a response. Also, both times we contacted their support it was online and available. They have answered all our question with sincerity and the operators didn't try to dismiss us in any case.

You forgot lying little ass holes! I contacted them ahead and they told me they had exactly what I wanted, they were ready and waiting for my order. Once the little bastards got my money its been two days and all they can say in engrish is sorry. Take your fucking sorry and shove it up your little lying ass. After reading all the reviews, I was a bit worried about ordering from IGXE, however they are the only place I've found that has rappelz ruppees in stock. I ordered from another site first and ended up canceling after 7 days of no response (out of stock *not noted* on site). Then I placed an order for 100mill rupees and within 15mins I got a phone call (extreme static and very hard to understand a word what they were saying, only thing I could understand was rappelz and online). So I logged in as soon as I heard online and after they hung up was contacted by another player and made the transfer (15 min transfer!). It's been a week and a half now and haven't received any warnings or bans! 100% satisfied, just wish I could understand what they said over the phone. Very poor phone quality. Everything else = awesome!
