I placed the order having been told that the order was in stock, it wasn't. I was asked to wait an hour, that hour turned into 48 hours. I checked in with their 24/7 support only to hear the same excuses and then to be asked to wait another hour. I then asked to be refunded and was basically told that they could to it now but it will take 24 hours so they have even more time to deliver. I found the customer service to be rude, unhelpful, and to basically give me a run around. I would not suggest my worst enemy to use this website, I'm not that cruel. This is a horrible website and dealing with them has been a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! If you choose too, do so at your own risk. I am extremely upset with the service I received. This is my first ever complaint in my 22 years of existence.

I successfully purchased gold from http://www.wowyour.com. I was able to use a promo code that I got in-game, which saved me a few bucks. Payment was through PayPal. They quickly telephoned me as soon as I made the purchase, and were available when I tried to call them. Friendly Chinese folks. I believe the number I called was in New York. Their online chat is buggy and wouldn't accept my email address. The main issue I had, and it was my first time buying gold, was that they took 2 hours to deliver it in-game, rather than the promised 30 minutes, so I got a little nervous. I guess they didn't have that much gold in stock, but their in-game rep maintained communication and it eventually was delivered face-to-face. Would I buy from them again? Sure.

Their website states the orders are fulfilled and delivered within 24 hours of purchase. I purchased almost 72 hours ago and have not received my in-game gold. Multiple e-mails to the company state that my currency is going to be delivered, yet when I track the order, it says that it has been queued for delivery and flagged as priority bu it is going nowhere. This company needs to either shut down or provide the product they've claimed to have on hand. If the product is not in stock, then the website needs to be updated with this. Furthermore, there needs to be a way to cancel the order and request a refund on the website, especially if the order hasn't been fulfilled.

Stay away from this place if you value your money and account. I ordered 10k gold from here and was told I would have it in 24 hours. I waited the alotted time and no gold. I contact their online customer support and cause a s#$% storm. Which I eventually get about 3k of the 10k through much swearing and threatening. I can't even find the words to describe how bad my experience with power-level.net was. My husband and I both placed orders for WoW gold withint a few minutes of each other. Now the website says they have the gold in stock. After we placed our orders we were told they were "getting it" and would call or email us in 48 hours for delivery. This wasn't a big deal because they are cheaper than pretty much anyone else. 48 hours later I contacted them and was told that they still didn't have my gold and to just keep on waiting. When I asked why the transaction wasn't completed in 48 hours they just kept saying "so sorry we are working on it" over and over again. Finally got my gold after 4 days and filing a a fraud complaint with PayPal. Apparently if you get on their live chat and threaten to report them for fraud ect. they get on your order much faster. Of course they refuse to refund you money, but in the end we did get the gold after much swearing and heartache. I must have wasted 5 or 6 hours on their live chat arguing with their reps. In the end it worked and they gave us the gold to just go away, but so not worth it. We went to another site and got gold in under 15 minutes for $1 more. Power-level.net NEEDS to be shut down!

I am not sure how this company is getting away with ripping everyone off. Doesn't paypal stop this type of behavior? Guess you can't always trust sites that take paypal. Stay away from this site!!

I ordered an item from the site playerassist.com which was guaranteed to arrive in 36-48 hours and that did not occur. on the 3rd day i sent and email and was told that my order was just received and on and on this went for 7 days. Till now it has not been received and they eventually stopped contacting me all together. I am irritated and hurt that people could be so greedy to rob people of their money.

Do not buy from Power-level.net..... Was told 80k gold in stock and delivery would take up to 30 mins through there live agent.... 5 days later no gold cant speak with manager.. all they tell you is there trying to hurry. Your top priority... or something along those lines. They wont give you gold and there trying to hack accounts.. The customer service rep actually had to nerve to ask when ill be off wow.....

I stupidly used the same email/password for their website as my Battle.net account. Just 48 hours after I received my gold, my WoW account was hacked and closed. Bank of WOW used my character to advertise gold on my server.
