From my experience they have always offered a high degree of efficient customer service. It includes a real after sale service. Most companies don't care about their image and what you think about them. Mogs are one of the companies who won't let you down if there is any kind of issue. That kind of service and dedication (and the fact that they are "really" US based) makes them slightly more expensive. It is up to you to decide.

Most people who used them for Aion PL recently were really pleased with their services and customer service. No surprises. They are a bit expensive but reliable. Most people who used them for WoW PL were very satisfied. No suspension, bans have been mentioned.

well this is my first time to use a website to level my wow account, after seeing so many people got banned I was very worried about my account, however guy4game did not only finish my order ealier than the promised time but also keep my account safe, now it has been a week after the leveling and nothing happened, they use real people to do that rather than bot, this is perfect, also their supportors are very polite and speaking good English, I would definitely use them again.
