Introduction

Gamemasta is one of those website who are having a great layout and very little credentials and web release. That's why we decided to test them again. Our first attempt pointed out that they were having potential and delivered but had loads of things to do in terms of overall reliability. They are still being very secretive and there is really little known about them. Anyway, we tried them out and it was again a smooth and and hassle-free experience.

Ease of use

Gamemasta offers a great interface to quickly search for your goods. You will immediately notice if the site is of potential use to you, and they keep it in a nice shape to ensure a clear readability of the website. The navigation system is really simple and has a good visibility. They also got a really short URL that is pretty easy to remember and type and even during US prime time the download times are pretty decent. Even the shopping cart is easy to use.

One of the weaknesses of their site, at the moment, is the lack of information about them and the lack of an FAQ! Come on guys, it has been months now. It can be that long to publish a decent FAQ...

In a nutshell, Gamemasta provides a professional website but lacks an available customer service.

Reliability

The only thing we can say is that they delivered twice. It wasn't necessary to contact them but it would have been appreciated if they could provide some kind of real customer service to look more reliable and less secretive.

Press and web release

Gamemasta is absent from complaints boards and nobody complained about them on forums.

Gamemasta offers a pretty nice website with a decent accessibility and an overall satisfying purchasing experience. If you are a new customer you must provide your contact and payment information (including phone number). Like most of the leaders they only got payments through Paypal. You may pay with your credit call through Paypal though. All new customers go through a fraud check that involves Gamemasta verifying your contact information and calling the phone number you provide for your protection as well as theirs. This call is an alternative way to ask them any question.

Pricing Policy

Gamemasta offers a quite competitive pricing most of the time that is pretty consistent across servers and factions. They are updating their pricing really often.

Delivery

They got a delivery times page for WOW US/EU. Everything went fine and we received our gold less than an hour after ordering. We had troubles to have someone answer on their livechat but it wasn't necessary. They are using game-mail and face to face to deliver. We prefered face to face method since it's much more reliable. An AH option would be great.

Summary

Gamemasta is still a newcomer. Their FAQ is still under contruction after 5 months ! They are pretty secretive and don't focus much on customer service. Anyway, they deliver and fast. You can check their ETA pages on WOW US and WOW EU. They are pretty safe too and call to verify your order information.

In a nutshell, Gamemasta has a very attractive website and a lot of interesting functions. They deliver fast. However, they will have to do a lot of work on their image and focus on customer service a lot more than they are now if they ever want to catch up the frontrunners.
