There are people reporting their customer support not online 24/7, but all the times we tried to contact them their support were actually available. They claimed they would deliver in a certain time and we could verify that they actually did every time.

There are still serveral bad reports about their customer support. I guess I had a nice experience because my orders went smooth, but maybe the chinese support might get tricky whenever problems appear. Most of the complaints concern their transactions and verification system.
